How to cook sausage and venison gumbo on a open fire pit.

This is how we made our gumbo. We used our new fire pit that I built as well as all natural ingredients, The family loves this stuff. Check it out.

I have no idea why I have never thought to make venison and sausage gumbo!! Love the "disc" pan!! I have an old cauldron that would make a fire pit like that. We burn evening fires in it. Would have to find someone to weld some handles on it, etc. Good idea. I was wishing I had some venison this past weekend for my chili. Maybe B. will bring one home this season.
